People! People: anyway whether they are active and looking for progress, or just absolutely narrow-minded and caring only about themselves. It motivates me to recognise how we can improve our planet. I believe a good leader is a person who knows when they need to take charge. At the same time, they can let other people take lead and work with them to achieve the common goal. Leaders must be tough enough to fight but tender enough to cry. Leaders must be human enough to make mistakes, but also humble enough to admit them. Leaders must be adventurous enough to get knocked down but resilient enough to get back up and keep on moving. The world needs leaders!!! ( lire plus...)
